1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, with tracking details where available.
2. Delivery Times
Within South Africa
- Main centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban): 2–4 business days.
- Regional & outlying areas: 3–7 business days.
International
- Africa: 7–14 business days.
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, customs clearance and weather.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping within South Africa: a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on South African orders over R750.
- International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received an update within 5 business days of placing your order, please get in touch.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and we'll make it right.
