1. Our Promise
We stand behind every blend we send out. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't meet the standard you expected from us, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligible Returns
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are:
- Unopened, with the original seal intact.
- In their original packaging and condition.
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Items marked as final sale or purchased on promotion.
- Gift cards.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@healingbotanicals.co.za with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
5. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@healingbotanicals.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different blend, follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want — this is the fastest way to get it to you.
8. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
