    Boil filtered water. While it heats, take five slow breaths — inhale four counts, exhale six.

    One teaspoon of green tea. Pour at 80°C and steep for three minutes. No phone in this window.

    Drink standing by a window or open door. Notice the temperature, the colour, the steam.
